3 Φεβ 2023 · How strict is Spirit Airlines with carry-on size? Generally speaking, Spirit Airlines baggage fees for carry-ons apply to bags you need to place in the overhead bins. If your personal item can fit under the seat in front of you without spilling into the aisle or the area beneath your feet, you will not need to pay a fee to bring it on board.
You can check in as many bags as you like up to the weight allowance for your travel class. Each individual bag must not weigh more than 32kg. The weight concept applies to all routes, except when you travel to and from the Americas and from Africa (for tickets issued before 9 August 2021).
Current bag prices are available here. One personal item that fits in the smaller sizer box (like a small backpack) is included with your ticket. Another personal item or anything larger like a standard carry-on or checked bag will need to be paid for.
22 Νοε 2020 · Your checked bag at Spirit can be a maximum size of 62 inches (including handles and wheels) and a maximum weight of 40lbs. Anything larger than that will cost you an oversized/overweight charge, and Spirit will never accept bags over 100lbs.
