5 Φεβ 2024 · Spirit Airlines Oversized Baggage. Anything under 62 linear inches means your Spirit Airlines checked bag is fit to fly under regular checked bag fees. Linear inches are calculated by adding the total length, width, and height of your bag.
If you are accessing your reservation less than 24 hours prior to departure, simply go to the Online Check-in tab and follow the instructions to access your reservation. You can then click the "Add Bags" link to purchase additional bags. Remember to purchase your bags in advance to save more!
Select your trip under ‘My trips’ and choose ‘My baggage status’. You can follow your bag from check-in to loading on the aircraft, while it’s being transferred to a connecting flight, and see when it has arrived at your destination. Check the baggage belt number when your bags are ready to collect.
Current bag prices are available here. One personal item that fits in the smaller sizer box (like a small backpack) is included with your ticket. Another personal item or anything larger like a standard carry-on or checked bag will need to be paid for.
