Double booked me for a flight with Spirit Airlines. I was charged for two sets of 4 tickets at a total cost of $1400. When I called at least 12 times speaking with multiple customer service representatives, I was told that my extra flight that the poor english speaking customer representative booked me for would not be refunded.
