16 Δεκ 2020 · Over a dozen attempts were made on laptop and cellphone to pay for the trip with my credit, and none were successful. Customer service (text) was no help. My flights became unavailable and more expensive during the 3 hours that I had to spend dealing with this.
25 Μαρ 2023 · My issue is that they've incentivized it (financially) for the agents, and they're going too far with the way they treat people in order to get their commission.
Spirit Airlines is notorious for canceling and delaying flights without providing explanations or taking responsibility. Their poor service and lack of accountability are unacceptable.
The best they can offer was a flight tomorrow night. We cannot accept a flight tomorrow night when the camp is already over. We are now on panic mode. We were just told yesterday by some strangers that Spirit Airlines has been notorious for cancelling flights in this airport.
