23 Οκτ 2008 · HGVC requires changing the underlying deed into their names. You may get an exception to ROFR since its family. The best way is to use Legal Timeshare Transfers, I have used them to transfer hgvc and am in the proces of another one right now.
18 Ιαν 2022 · Any corporation, partnership, trust or other entity or organization holding title to a vacation ownership interest shall be required to designate an authorized natural person (whether one or more) to act on its behalf as the exclusive beneficiary to exercise any and all rights of membership.
