Those who post negative reviews of this company often complain that Alan or deputy can be a bit controlling for their liking. Others must like the company or it would not stay in business. You have already booked your tour, so what do you hope to gain from asking questions now?
I have talked with a lot of travelers who had booked with him and I have never heard any of these complaints. On one cruise there were over 700 who had booked with Alan and many were repeat customers.
