30 Οκτ 2020 · I called Turkish Airlines from Ireland, spending 90 euros on those calls, trying to find out how I could get a refund. Turkish keeps saying I'm entitled to a full refund but Vision Travel agency says the airlines won't let me get my money back because my ticket wasn't premium or something.
