22 Οκτ 2020 · Fraud & scam. Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company. Bad customer service with very bad attitude, they will never listen to your questions or concern and they will ask you to write a feedback explain the issue and all you getting back is an automated email.
10 Δεκ 2023 · I called & escalated as much as I can the issue to Turkish Airlines, urging them to lock the booking or block any option to cancel or change it. To my dismay, the only position I got from them is : we can do nothing about this
