These dimensions include wheels and handles, so make sure you include those in your measurements. If your carry-on bag does not meet the dimension requirements, you could be forced to check your bag and pay United’s standard checked baggage fee.
Year-round limits. If you are traveling to or from these countries, your bags must weigh less than 70 pounds (32 kilograms) each: Seasonal limits. Some destinations limit oversized, overweight and extra checked bags during busy travel periods like spring break or the holidays.
