Voyage Privé is a scam company. I booked a 5* all inclusive hotel in Creta last week on their website and now 2days before my flight to Greece I received an email from them saying that the hotel can’t accommodate me because they’re full booked.

Voyage Privé is a complete SCAM. We booked holidays for 2500 swiss francs and they never transferred my money to the airline nor to the hotel - meaning they didn't book anything. We went to check in at the airport and the guy there told us that we were not listed on our flight ; we could not fly.
Disgusting company to deal with, having booked a holiday for January 2021 I have NOT been able to contact the company on ANY of their platforms including sending an email to Mr Dennis Philipon (director) at the registered office in London, even their phone number does not work.
