Voyage Privé is a scam company. I booked a 5* all inclusive hotel in Creta last week on their website and now 2days before my flight to Greece I received an email from them saying that the hotel can’t accommodate me because they’re full booked.

We repeatedly called the emergency number provided by Voyage Privé, but only an answering machine responded, instructing us to contact them via WhatsApp. To this day, we have not received any response.
Voyage Prive - A joke - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Voyage Prive - What a joke! I'll never use them again. There is no Tel number available from the UK and their email automated box for a booking reference will not let you enter a reference; therefore you cannot contact them about your booking.
I tried to get hold of Voyage Prive for over 6 (!!!) hours, I called a dozen different numbers (my phone bill will be ridiculously high) and I wrote many many emails. Nobody EVER picked up. After 6 hours they called me, but the number was blocked, so I could not call back.
