Spirit Air Review. I felt the need to post this because of everything I read previously about Spirit. My wife and I took a vacation to Cancun from 4/2 to 4/9. We were flying from Newark, and decided to fly Spirit because the prices to fly other airlines was literally a matter of thousands of dollars otherwise.
Spirit isn’t going out of business. They have had some cash flow issues, which they unfortunately kind of ignored assuming the merger with JetBlue was going through, but now that it’s over they are back to focusing on revenue/cash etc and it’s gonna take a while.
Spirit is awful. It’s the US equivalent of Ryanair and would pull the same shit like floating plans to charge for use of its toilets if the FAA would let it get away with it. Reply reply
