11 Ιουλ 2012 · Is Office XP compatible with Windows 7. I have XP Professional 2002 - mainly use Access, Excel & Word. I now have a lap top using Windows 7 Home Premium and I have had a few problems with it. I have been told by the company I purchased the lap top from that the problem is software related.
5 Ιουλ 2010 · Office XP should install on Win 7 without too many problems but it is not supported on Win 7 (or Vista) by Microsoft. One known issue is that Outlook won't retain its password.

Office is not and has never been tied to a specific version of Windows. Office XP will run under Win 7. However the current version of Office is Office 2010.
