28 Ιαν 2020 · Mobile web and mobile app Customers can now look up and spend their travel funds, Southwest LUV Vouchers ®, and Southwest ® gift cards while booking on the go. Look up travel fund balances. Customers can look up balances, if they already have their fund information, by opening up the menu, and selecting “Look Up Travel Funds.”.

Basic Booking settlement issues reusable funds to an flight credit that can be used for future purchases through Southwest ® directly (flight credits are not a valid form of payment in any GDS). 4 EarlyBird Check-In ® requires an additional fee.
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of booking, you can choose either to a) receive a method-of-payment refund or b) hold the value of the ticket as a flight credit or Transferable Flight Credit TM (depending on the fare) to buy a future flight.
