Each year, Women Who Care, a project of the Elk County Community Foundation, awards grants to eligible 501c3 organizations, schools or municipalities that enhance the quality of life for women and their families in Elk County.
Women Who Care (WWC) was established by a local steering committee of women in January 2009 as a project to strengthen our community. It is a women’s giving circle that is a pooled fund where the members decide what projects are important to them to enhance the needs of families in Elk County.

22 Οκτ 2021 · ELK COUNTY--The Elk County Community Foundation's (ECCF) "Women Who Care" annual banquet was held on Thursday at the Red Fern Banquet and Conference Facility in Fox Township. Almost a hundred of the Women Who Care's members attend the event along with invited guests, friends, and applicants for the yearly grants from the organization.
