DA Form 6, Duty Roster, is a form used to record the duties performed by individuals across all Army organizations. Its main purpose is to maintain an equitable determination of duty assignments. Different duties require filling out separate copies of the form.
Example 1: You are doing a WEEKDAY only roster. You are starting a new roster at the beginning of the year (in this case the year is 2014). Since 1Jan2014 is a holiday, it shouldn’t be include in this roster.
Create a Comma Separated Value ( .csv) file, use the example da6.csv as a reference. Upload the .csv file with the following columns: Rank, Name, Days Since Last. Click Generate DA6 Roster to produce an interactive DA6. The generated DA6 can be copied to Excel for easy printing.
