Judy Liu is the Glenn Willis Holcomb Professor in Structural Engineering in the School of Civil and Construction Engineering at Oregon State University. She holds a Bachelors of Architectural Engineering (BAE) from the Pennsylvania State University and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
