Using an Apple TV 4K and i am unable to scroll down past the first channel on the live guide. I can scroll down on the home and library page. I have tried to restart Apple TV as well and uninstall app. Any suggestions?
This just started happening to me this evening (1/18/23). I have restarted my Apple TV, deleted and reinstalled the app, force quit the app….sometimes it fixes it, sometimes not. When it does fix — it has been reverting back to scrolling to the first channel — then bouncing back up to the LIVE tab. So frustrating. 1.
If after trying those steps your Custom guide still isn't showing the same channels as your settings, definitely submit in-app feedback. Then reach out to the YouTube TV support team here, so they can look more into why your guide is acting this way & gather any insights for engineering.

We also made the live guide more compact, so folks could quickly take in more information at a glance, reducing the need to keep scrolling.
