7 Φεβ 2014 · SHSH, or "Signed Hash" refers to the signature (currently RSA) on boot images or APTickets that the device bootloader will verify before allowing execution of an image. SHSH often also refers to backup files with this signature ("SHSH blobs").

3 Φεβ 2018 · Here’s the completed tutorial about downgrading to any iOS version with shsh. You can save shsh on 3uTools restore to the current iOS version on your device. Thanks developer tihmstar and his futurerestore tool.

If you have a newer device (iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPad 2, iPad 3rd generation, iPad 4th generation, iPad mini, or iPod touch 5th generation), you cannot use SHSH blobs, so restoring will force your device to update to the latest iOS version (currently 6.1.3).
3 Ιουλ 2013 · You can utilize the check by browsing for blobs when building a signed IPSW or by downloading existing blobs from Cydia's/iFaith's SHSH server under iFaith's "Show available SHSH blobs on server" button. 1.5.6: Now dumps iOS 5.2.1/6.1.3 blobs on 3GS/A4 devices. 1.5.6: Fixed a bug when downloading iFaith blobs.
