The easiest way to redeem your Transportation Voucher is on Amtrak.com or the mobile app. Just make a reservation as you usually would and select Voucher as your form of payment in the Payment step of the booking process. If you are logged in, you'll see a list of active vouchers available; select the vouchers you'd like to redeem from the list.
