Covid-19 and PLF. As of June 8th, all passengers entering Portugal must complete a Passenger Locator Form (PLF). This form must be completed online prior to arrival, and passenger's will be required to show proof of the completed form upon arrival. Portugal is committed to providing a clean and safe environment for all visitors.

One form must be completed for each adult passenger; accompanied minors can be registered on the form of the accompanying adult. In the case of unaccompanied minors, the dPLF must be completed by the parents or legal guardian before departure.
