And I wouldn’t have said that 5 years ago. I switched from United to Delta shortly after the continental merger and was stubbornly loyal to Delta for about a decade. I made it a point to avoid United over those years and watched Delta become undisputedly the best. Delta was kicking everyone’s ass and having a good time doing it.
