I recently was in the phone with customer service trying to change my up coming returning flight due to a family emergency. My entire trip is due for next next month (July, 2024). I had to change my return flight to fly into MCI instead of ORF.

4 ημέρες πριν · Part of the issue is that Southwest doesn’t give different uniforms to their gay agents. It’s the same uniform that their flight attendants wear. So it does get confusing for customers. It wouldn’t solve everything. Customers/passengers don’t read signs and not all of them are going to notice a change of uniform. But it would help a bit.
