3 ημέρες πριν · Worst airline experience ever. Will never fly this airline again. 4 flights..each one was delayed or late taking off so we had to run to get our connecting flights. Orlando Southwest baggage claim damaged my luggage (and wont let me report it), lost our bags. The Southwest baggage customer service was not helpful and rude in Denver.

As I said earlier, maybe a tempory glitch. Chill, it's the 4th. I have four flights booked and none of them are showing up in the SW app or in the SW web browser. Thus, the passenger in 12A has two seats' worth of space to stretch out their legs — a godsend for tall travelers. However, if you're on one of Southwest's newer -800 and MAX 8 models, the best seats are in rows 14 and 15.
