Terrible customer service. This is a rant. TL;DR Spirit flight was delayed and agent at the check in counter was rude when asked some very basic questions. My Spirit flight has been delayed by several hours. I will now be taking off later than my original landing time. I will be reaching home close to 3 or 4 am instead of close to midnight.
