T.O.O.L. mod and loading time. I don't know if it's a common issue and if this has a work around of some sort. I love the TOOL mod, and I use it in bb mode so I had to also install the better build buy mod. I don't remember that being needed a few years ago but I may be misremembering. Anyway.

I downloaded both tool and build buy, moved folders >EA>SIMS4>Mods. When I open the game It’ll show the mods, everything is on and restarted. I start the game, testing cheats enabled, shift T/shift click and nothing comes up. I even redownload the update from twisted and re did the steps and nothings working. What am I doing wrong?
