Is any alternative available to provide POP3's functionality of downloading messages for local storage in an Outlook pst file and then deleting the messages on the mail servers?

1 ημέρα πριν · We have a shared inbox that we are trying to get him access to. Although he can login, the latest emails that are showing are from 2016 and new ones are not downloading. It is the same on his personal laptop he wants his work emails on. All the settings seem to be working fine, and have cross-referenced everything against my settings but no luck.
