Free watch scam? This popped up on my facebook a couple months ago and again just now as a suggested post for free watches worth £35, just have to pay shipping, supposedly. Going by the golden rule 'if it seems too good to be true, it probably is', I'm very skeptical.
It's a dropshipping site that lists junk from aliexpress.com at inflated prices. You should start using an ad blocker. There are some real legit companies that do this, I actually did get a free watch last year and all I had to do was pay the shipping.

These watches probably cost like a dollar or two - the seller sells them to you for "free" and you pay something like 4 dollars shipping. The seller keeps the difference and you receive a crappy watch in about a month.
