How to Renew Your License. The secure eLicensing online system offers expedited processing of salesperson, broker license and corporate officer license renewals any time or day of the week. eLicensing is easy to use, paperless and interactive.
Late Renewal. All broker licensees are allowed two years beyond the license expiration date to renew on a late basis. RE 208, RE 251, and appropriate fee must be received by DRE within two years of the expiration date. While the license is expired no activities requiring a license may be performed.
