10 Φεβ 2021 · To our knowledge, this is the first case of anti-PL-7 antibody antisynthetase syndrome with severe and acute haemodynamic changes mainly caused by PAH, and it is also notable that unlike previous cases, the combination therapy for PAH with three classes of agents responded well.
1 Αυγ 2018 · Anti-PL-7 antibody recognizes threonyl-tRNA synthetase and the frequency of anti-PL-7 antibody has been reported to range from 5-10% in IIM and 10-18% of ASS cases (3-6). Several previous reports that studied the clinical manifestations of anti-PL-7 ASS have shown that myositis and ILD are common features ( 12 - 15 ).
8 Φεβ 2015 · Antisynthetase syndrome is a rare autoimmune disease characterized by interstitial lung disease and/or inflammatory myositis, with positive antisynthetase antibodies (anti-Jo-1, anti-PL-7, anti-PL-12, ZO, OJ, anti-KE or KS). Other symptoms described include: non-erosive arthritis, fever, Raynaud's phenomenon, and "mechanic's hands."
PL-7 antibodies can be detected in < 5% of patients with inflammatory myositis (polymyositis/dermatomyositis). PL-7 antibodies are often associated with interstitial lung disease that may occur with or without myositis. The symptoms are similar to those observed when PL-12 antibodies are present.
