29 Σεπ 2023 · I have a system running Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2016 and would like to know how I can upgrade to LTSC 2019 or higher. Can I upgrade with the product key, or do I need to get new product key? Is it possible to do the upgrade through Microsoft website?

20 Δεκ 2021 · According to some articles, I should be able to install the update for free because: "During the life of a LTSC release, you can upgrade your devices to the next or latest LTSC release free of charge using an in-place upgrade."
19 Φεβ 2019 · Hi, I have a fleet of machines currently all running Windows 10 2016 LTSB and I see LTSC 2019 is available. Can the update be done remotely through Windows Updates or does it have to be a fresh install?
19 Δεκ 2021 · You need to contact Microsoft Support to find out if your LTSB license was bought with Software Assurance. If it was not, you cannot upgrade for free. However, Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB can still be upgraded to Windows 10 Enterprise version 1607 or later, so this path is still open and free. References: Windows 10 upgrade paths
28 Ιουλ 2020 · This is upgrading the Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2016 (1607) to Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 (1809). Seeing this issue on multiple different machines (different images that were build around the same time).
