Christopher Wong Won (May 29, 1964 – July 13, 2017), better known by his stage name Fresh Kid Ice, was a Trinidadian-American rapper and a Miami bass pioneer. Wong Won was born and spent his early childhood in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, before emigrating to the United States.
BIO. Christopher Wong Won (Fresh Kid Ice) was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago. His family is Trinidadian and Cantonese and due to his origins he is often cited as the first Asian rapper. At the age of 12 he moved from Trinidad & Tobago to Brooklyn, New York.
