To log in to the Internet Exchange Portal, go to http://ix.equinix.com and enter your username and password, then click the “Login” button. If you need additional help logging in to the Internet Exchange Portal, you can contact your local Equinix
Equinix now requires you to use a valid email address as a username. This allows you to reset your password. Tip: If you previously registered with a non-email user name, you can continue using it to sign into the portal. But you are required to add a valid email address to your account.
Equinix Connect is integrated with the Equinix Customer Portal (ECP), so you must log into Equinix Connect through the ECP to get started. After logging in, you can add ports so that you can view, monitor, and analyze your internet traffic and routing behavior.

To link a classic user account: Log in to any Equinix portal using your email-based account. From the user menu in the top-right corner, select User Account. From the left menu, select Classic User Accounts. Click Link Classic User Account.
