The best flight booking website, and usually the cheapest, is that of the airline (s). By all means use the likes of Kayak, Skyscanner, Matrix, etc to search for options, but once you've selected a flight take it direct to the airline for booking.

On that basis, I would avoid TravelTrolley (and certainly would given the long forum threads on here) and would use Skyscanner to find the airlines that offer the best price, but not use the third-party bookers. I think that sites like Kayak would give you very similar results.
