This company scammed me. They asked for £535 for direct flight and paid. Got an email to called them and then told me my outbound was not available. I requested a new flight and told me I had to pay £400 for a new one and the £535 offer was out the window.
It was really bad! I felt like they did not care about my well-being during the flight at all and did not even give Water or any entertainment for free (did not have Aux headphones). never again! You find way cheaper deals with other airlines. Date of experience: 12 June 2024
