I have spent over 7 hours on hold on the phone this week. I have also tried to send a Facebook message and use their live chat several times. I haven’t gotten any response.
Supposedly if you keep asking for an agent in the chat you’ll eventually find a human, but they’re in a call center overseas and won’t be particularly helpful. If you can get to the airport and talk to someone in person you’ll probably get the best info.
