PSA: Frontier airlines is ending phone support. All customer service is going to be conducted by text, social media and WhatsApp.
No. No more phone support anymore. Online chat is your only choice. Put your issue in bullet points and send it via email if not urgent. If urgent, use chat. Twitter worked for me. Within 5 mins I was able to sort out my issue via direct message. 11K subscribers in the frontierairlines community.
