We have traveled Hola Sun for our last two vacations. I had nothing to complain about. I was allowed more luggage than others I have travelled. Hope you have a great trip!!

The last trip was this january to Santiago. We flew with Cubana airlines and it was great...would pick that airline over the others any time.
Hola Sun is a tour operator that sells trips to Cuba the same as other Canadian tour operators as Sunquest Nolitours and others . Used Hola Sun more than once, (they operate under Caribesol in Quebec), had no issues at all. They used to charter seats exclusively on Cubana, but recently, they have begun using Air Transat / Canjet flights also.
I have used Hola Sun this past January. As GatO pointed out they are just a Tour Operator not a airline. They use Cubana Air or Canjet. Be careful as they do not announce thier flight times until closer to the winter travel season and they usually fly late late evening.
We have used Hola Sun on 3 occasions, flew Cubana airlines on 1 trip which was great, but unfortunately not on the other 2 trips. We flew Canjet 2 trips...IMO not the best customer service at all. We now stick with Sunwing, better flight times & customer service by a long shot.
