  5. Payment of Fees. Payment is due at the time of registration. Payment can be made online through Self-Service, or, Drop the payment (check or money order) WRITE STUDENT ID NUMBER ON CHECK/MONEY ORDER in the Admissions and Records drop box located outside the Admissions and records office.   6. In addition to submitting your complete application package to the college, please also complete San Bernardino Valley College (general) Application online. If an applicant is admitted to the college, a letter of acceptance and an I-20 Form (used to apply for a sudent visa in an American embassy) will be mailed to the applicant. Related Links
