My one experience was a few years ago with spirit. If you're somebody who's over 5'10, it's going to be one uncomfortable flight. The space in between the seats was very small. It's cheap, but really not the greatest airline.
No ac plug, no usb plug, or course no screens. But the worst part is that it is often a shit show inside the plane. Spirits passengers are the worst! Spirit flight attendants are professional and efficient, and even sometimes friendly (more often than on United for sure).
Spirit is fine and the big seat (i think that's what it's called) is about the same as business class on most 737's. If you're trying so save money, compare all the costs. If you're trying to compare comfort then compare planes.

9 Απρ 2021 · Spirit's Big Front Seat is about as good as it gets in economy, but it's not without flaws. My biggest complaint is that it's "pre-reclined." While I found the seat itself comfortable for a three-hour flight during the day, I'd hesitate to book it for a domestic red-eye.
