On May 31st, 2024 I received an email notification that British Airways CANCELLED my flight. I was scheduled to depart to Berlin on June 1st, 2024. I contacted British Airways to inform them that I cannot rebook that flight in a different schedule.
It looks like that both Kayak and Chatdeal are in cahoots with each other to scam people, which make even Kayak an company to unreliable search website for booking flights. I will contact BBB and use all the other means to make people aware of this scam company.
I recently used kayak to book a flight, and I found it to be working well. It's easy to navigate, and you can compare prices from different airlines and agencies. They also have filters to see results for specific times of the day which was useful.
To make a complaint, you’d have to find out in which country Chatdeal is based and make a complaint to that countries consumer organisation, if they even have one. Personally I’d just write it off, get your ticket and not waste any more time on this.

Not only are there 10's of thousands of complaints about Chatdeal there is also a load of negative reviews on BBB that if you8 read you surely would not be in the position you are now in. It is your right to pay to file against Kayak but it is a waste of money.
