positive experience. I was skeptical after reading many negative reviews and even feared that I made the wrong decision buying my flights with Kiwi.com, however to my surprise everything went smoothly, I had no issues and my flights were all very organised, no delays no cancellations.

I bought two round trips via Kiwi.com, from prominent international airports and the airline decided to cancel operations. Kiwi bears zero responsibility and their excuse has been they can't reach the airline vendor.

28 Νοε 2023 · According to their website, they book around 50K bookings a day worldwide, its probably more now. compare that statistic to the complaint threads, pick out the real complaints where Kiwi did indeed mess up and come up with a % failure rate.
