To locate your confirmation number: Any upcoming reservations associated with your Rapid Rewards ® account will appear when you log in to your account via the following platforms: desktop - Under “My upcoming trips”. Southwest app - At the top of the screen. mobile website - Under “My Trips”.
You can retrieve information about a previously flown flight by logging in to your account on Southwest.com®. Click on My Account then visit the Trips tab. You'll see your past flight (s) and can get the purchase details for your flight by clicking on the trip name.
A security document includes your confirmation code, name, and flight information; it also confirms that you have a reservation. A security document also allows you to go through TSA Security Checkpoint.
