Al a carte means you order off the menu. You don't use the words "a la carte " at a Riu. Ex: Their Asian restaurant is a buffet LOL ! Anywhere else in the world has a Teppenyaki grill and is ala carte not laughable Riu Asian buffet that are used for left overs in the buffet. Riu's dress code is "baseball cap"
