Your details will all be filled in for you. You can then set up your email preferences so you can start receiving grabaseat emails. Of course, if you are an Airpoints member and you already have an airnz account, there's no need to register again for grabaseat - just use your airnz username and password to login.
Seat Select - Retrieve your booking. You can view, change or cancel your flight, add an extra bag, select your seat, request a copy of your electronic ticket and more. The booking reference can be found on your Electronic Ticket Itinerary and Receipt. Where can I find this?
You can find your ticket number in the booking confirmation email we sent. It includes your e-Ticket, as a PDF attachment. Your ticket number is at the top left, next to your name. If you can't find that email, please contact us. If it's an Air New Zealand ticket we'll be able to help.
