We fly Airtran at least twice a year from IND to Florida. The reasons are price, non stop flights from IND to TPA and MCOand the fact that we have not had any probles with them. I have avoided conections thru ATL, so i can not advise you on that.
1 Ιαν 2007 · The next time you are on a flight look at your itinerary with the listed time of the flight and listen to the pilot's announcement of the actual flight time. The time the pilot gives will almost always be less than the itinerary scheduled time.
25 Σεπ 2014 · I had called AirTran to change my reservation to leave the next day on flight 369 to Atlanta, with a connecting flight to Las Vegas leaving at 7:50 pm (flight 772). Flight 369 arrived in NY two hours behind schedule, leaving at 6pm instead of the promised time of 3:52 pm.

Operating mainly Boeing 717s and 737s, the airline would shuttle passengers around the US Midwest and East Coast. Operating for 21 years, AirTran ceased operations in 2014. Why doesn't the airline still exist today?
