11 Ιουν 2018 · I am unable to sign into my iTunes account via my Macbook Pro. Whenever I try to login I get the following message: "This action cannot be completed". I definitely know that the password is correct as I have just reset it and also used it on my iPhone to log in. Any assistance appreciated!

25 Μαΐ 2019 · I cannot sign into iTunes (12.9.5.5) on my MacOs (10.14.5), I am not sure from when this has been an issue though. I am signed into the App Store and iCloud and internet is working fine on the Mac. I have tried several methods like, time settings etc.
15 Μαρ 2018 · If I understand correctly, you are unable to sign into your Apple ID with your new password in iTunes on your Windows computer, but you don't have this issue with your iOS devices. To help with this issue, please restart your computer and then try signing into your Apple ID with your iTunes started up in Safe Mode:
Sign in to or out of the Music app. After you set up an Apple ID, you can sign in to the iTunes Store to buy music, view or change your account information, and display your purchase history. Note: If you already signed in to Podcasts or the Apple TV app, you’re automatically signed in to Music.

When you have an Apple ID, you can sign in to the iTunes Store to buy music and video, view or change your account information, and see your purchase history. In the iTunes app on your PC, choose Account > Sign In. Do one of the following: Sign in with your Apple ID: Enter your Apple ID and password, then click Next.
