Chat support can be reached by clicking on the chat bubble in the lower left hand corner of your account: Once the bubble is selected you will receive a few options. Make sure to select TALENT ACCOUNT to be redirected to the correct support department:
As a talent, you can request a temporary password by clicking the forgot button in the sign in area. You will be prompted to enter your name and the email associated with the account. Enter the information and press submit and a new password will be emailed to you.
