If you cancel your booking following a significant schedule change or delay, you may be eligible to receive a method-of-payment refund. Customer check-in requirements: If you do not plan to travel, please cancel your reservation at least 10 minutes before the flight’s original scheduled departure time.
As long as you cancel your reservation at least ten (10) minutes prior to the scheduled departure of your flight. If you cancel, you’re eligible to receive 100% of your ticket value as a refund to your original form of payment.
