Customer Service virtually not existing. Our flight was automatically changed to another flight by the airline, which made our travel plans a mess. Changing the flight was not possible: the airline said, we need to talk with Cheaptickets.

I called customer service to inquire about the delay. You are able to get a hold of a representative within 1 minute. They said the secondary ticket place is experience delays and will send in the next hour.
